Video Interview with Mark Andrews and Katherine Sarafian for ‘Brave’

This Friday, Pixar will venture into a new territory that Walt Disney Pictures animations often visited in past animated films—having a Disney princess heroine.

Pixar’s thirteenth animated film “Brave” was the brain child of director and writer Brenda Chapman (“The Prince of Egypt”), but she left during the middle of production.  Pixar quickly promoted its short animated films director Mark Andrews to the helm and completed the project on time.

Earlier this year, Latino-Review caught up with director Andrews and producer Katherine Sarafian on the red carpet at CinemaCon to discuss specific details on the movie “Brave.”

The pair talked about the transition from Chapman and the idea of marking “Brave” as Pixar’s official first princess movie.
