Latino-Review caught up with the “Kick-Ass” creator and producer Mark Millar to discuss the upcoming sequel “Kick-Ass 2.”
There were discussions ranging from the adaptation of the comic book on to screen, Jim Carrey’s rant against violence and his future projects including a “Wanted” sequel and “Secret Service.”
This interview took place during San Diego Comic-Con International 2013 last week at the Kick-Ass Experience in Downtown San Diego.
The film follows the high school costumed teen Kick-Ass as he joins a group citizen costumed vigilante group inspired to fight crime in the city. But, Red Mist (now known as The Mother Fucker) is bent on revenge against Kick-Ass.
The movie stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Chloe Grace Moretz, Jim Carrey and Christopher Mintz-Plasse.
“Kick-Ass 2” will be in theaters on August 16.
