AMERICAN HORROR STORY: Creator Reveals Crazy Link Between ROANOKE And COVEN!

Longtime fans of the hit FX series American Horror Story have just been given a bombshell revelation by creator Ryan Murphy. We’ve seen, as the series has gone on, how the seasons have all been inter-connected in certain ways. What was once spoken of, simply, as an anthology series where each season is completely it’s own thing has revealed itself to be a somewhat massive shared world that spans hundreds of years and huge swaths of real estate.

So what is this new, major connection that Murphy has revealed? Turns out there’s a huge link between American Horror Story: Coven and American Horror Story: Roanoke, and it has to do with Lady Gaga.

Murphy told TV Line that the character Gaga played during the first storyline in Roanoke is actually “the Original Supreme.” For those that don’t recall. Supreme is the designation given to the top witch, or as Cricket (Leslie Jordan) said this season, “the bitch with the real power.”

And that’s not all. Murphy says he plans to bring Gaga’s OG Supreme back for a future American Horror Story season where they plan to “return to Coven.”

Lastly, he’s already dropped a hint about the seventh season of American Horror Story when he revealed that it will involve several characters from Freak Show.

Something tells me that we’re building towards some sort of conclusion for American Horror Story that’s going to tie up everything we’ve seen so far in a neat little bow.

What do you think?
