Another Day, Another INFINITY WAR Confirmation. This One Is A Big One.

– by Drew Carlton

For quite some time now, we have assumed that Spider-Man will be in Avengers: Infinity War. It is on the IMDB page, Tom Holland (Spider-Man) has a 6 movie contract, and one could only assume that this will be his big Avengers movie. We have heard some rumors that his time will be limited, but take that with a grain of salt because no actor, to my knowledge, has even read the script.

At least today we can safely report that he will be in the movie, and in an interview with Holland in the Italian magazine L'Uomo Vogue he confirms as much. Keep in mind, this article has only been in physical print so far, and it took Google translate to figure it out after the Tom Holland Italian Twitter account posted a picture of the magazine which you can see here:

If you will notice the third column, it has Robert Downey Jr. and Chris Evans attempting to convince the heads of the MCU that Holland is more than adept to carry Spider-Man for three movies over the next four years. These movies are Captain America: Civil War, Spider-Man: Homecoming, and Avengers: Infinity War. The rough translation basically reads:

"The approval for the role in Spider-Man arrives personally also by Robert Downey Jr. and Chris Evans 'They who convinced the Marvel: the producers wanted to be sure that I was the right person before entrusting three films over the next four years, including Avengers: Infinity War.'"

Even though it's a broken translation, that is a thumbs-up for sure.

Avengers: Infinity War is currently set for a May 4th, 2018 release, and will feature almost all of the stars we have seen in the MCU thus far including Robert Downey Jr. (Iron Man), Chris Pratt (Star-Lord), Zoe Saldana (Gamora), Dave Bautista (Drax), Josh Brolin (Thanos), Tom Holland (Spider-Man), Benedict Cumberbatch (Dr. Strange), Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow), Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Chris Evans (Steve Rogers), Sebastian Stan (Bucky Barnes), Paul Rudd (Ant-Man), Mark Ruffalo (The Hulk), Samuel L. Jackson (Nick Fury), Brie Larson (Captain Marvel) and it is also rumored to feature Chadwick Boseman as Black Panther (my next prediction for a celebrity confirming their role in Infinity War).
