Check Out Wonder Woman In Action In Brand New Clip!

Are you sick of Wonder Woman yet? No? Well, get ready to run the gauntlet of Wonder Woman footage, because the film is fast approaching its June release. Up to this point, we’ve had a few trailers, a few TV spots, some posters, and…good lord, do we still have a month until this film comes out? As someone who’s already in line to see this movie, I’m admittedly dreading the month to come in terms of everything we’ll see.

However, while we’ve certainly had a great deal a footage shown to us, we haven’t actually had a chance to see an honest-to-goodness clip. And that’s a big deal. Let’s be real, most of the trailers Warner Bros has given us for their DC movies have been pretty great (except for that ONE Batman v Superman trailer), and yet the actual reception of said films have been less-than-optimal. In short, anyone can makea good trailer, but what we’ve been lacking are some full scenes played out. Dialogue. Action. Scene Pacing. It’s all very important to a film.

Well, luckily for us, Warner Bros has officially released a new clip. This isn’t necessarily a brand new scene — part of it has been played out in the trailers — but we actually get to see it all the way through. We get to see part of the dynamic between Steve Trevor and Diana Prince, but most importantly, we finally get to see Wonder Woman in action.

In the scene, we get to see Steve and Diana get cornered in an alley. The baddies take out their weapons, and ready to unload on the pair, but luckily Wonder Woman is more prepared than they are. She uses her bracelets to brilliant effect, impressing me, along with Steve Trevor. While we still don’t know how well the story will fare, the action seems to be on point.

The official trailer for Wonder Woman is below:

“Before she was Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), she was Diana, princess of the Amazons, trained to be an unconquerable warrior. Raised on a sheltered island paradise, Diana meets an American pilot (Chris Pine) who tells her about the massive conflict that’s raging in the outside world. Convinced that she can stop the threat, Diana leaves her home for the first time. Fighting alongside men in a war to end all wars, she finally discovers her full powers and true destiny.”

Wonder Woman hits theaters on June 2, 2017.
