Deadpool 2: Will Deadpool Don His X-Force Costume?

Everyone is well aware that Deadpool 2 is on the way next summer, but not as many people know that the next film featuring the merc with the mouth is already in development, and isn’t Deadpool 3. X-Force is on the way from writer/director Drew Goddard (writer of The Martian, creator of Netflix’s Daredevil, and writer/director on Cabin in the Woods), featuring an R-Rated team of mutants lead by Cable (Josh Brolin) and featuring both Deadpool (Ryan Reynolds) and Domino (Zazie Beetz) back from Deadpool 2.

There is new evidence that suggests Deadpool may be donning his X-Force costume in Deadpool 2, even if it is just for a post-credit sequence. First, here is his most common X-Force costume as it appears in the comics:

Now, these grey costumes may just be battle worn, as the other suits we see in the photo are in various degrees of distress, based on what each scene calls for. But, the fact that this photo was removed from Ryan Reynolds’ Instagram after ComicBook.com posted their story on the X-Force costume, odds of these grey looking suits actually being connective tissue between Deadpool 2 and X-Force seems like a good bet, with Deadpool either donning them in the finale because his other suit is too sliced and diced, or appearing in a post-credits sequence that teases X-Force.
