Diane Lane ‘Totally Impressed’ With Justice League

Justice League is just over one week away from its release. Finally, audiences will get to see six core members of the DC superhero team unite against a common threat, which is something we’ve been waiting for for the better part of five years.

But of course, Warner Bros. hasn’t had the most flawless record in the eyes of many critics and audience members. Man of Steel had a split reaction, at best, and Batman v Superman never quite got over those initial negative reviews from critics. Despite the success of Wonder Woman, they seem to be fighting an uphill battle with fans.

So how is Justice League? Speaking with TODAY, actress Diane Lane revealed that she’d just seen the film. Here’s what she had to say.

“I’m thrilled. I just saw the movie and I’m very psyched. I’m very pleased. Lots of surprises and some fabulous acting from everybody. I mean, I was totally impressed.”

Of course, we have to take it all with a grain of salt. While Diane Lane has been one to speak her mind in the past, the reality is she’s still very much currently in the business of promoting Justice League. That being said, if you actually check out the clip itself (in the source link below), it does seem to be a genuine response.

We’ll have to wait and see if audiences agree.

Justice League hits theaters on November 17, 2017.
