Disney has released a brand new poster for their upcoming fantasy film, A Wrinkle in Time.

Check it out below!

As you can see, the poster shows off our leads, in addition to actors Oprah Winfrey, Reese Witherspoon, Mindy Kaling, who plays the celestials who assist Meg in finding her father, played by Chris Pine. The poster does a great job with the framing of everything, putting Pine’s character at the center of the poster, implying his importance as focal point of the plot.

Below if the official synopsis for A Wrinkle in Time.

“From visionary director Ava DuVernay comes Disney’s A Wrinkle in Time, an epic adventure based on Madeleine L’Engle’s timeless classic which takes audiences across dimensions of time and space, examining the nature of darkness versus light and, ultimately, the triumph of love. Through one girl’s transformative journey led by three celestial guides, we discover that strength comes from embracing one’s individuality and that the best way to triumph over fear is to travel by one’s own light.”

On the whole, I think this is an effective poster. Not only does it give us an idea of who to expect in the film, but it also hints at the sort of off-kilter nature and ethereal feel of it all, which has already been sold to me in the trailers.

What do you think of this poster? Let us know down below!

A Wrinkle in Time hits theaters on March 9, 2018.
