Over the past few weeks, filmmaker Michael Bay has been releasing all sorts of goodies online. From character profiles to posters and behind-the-scenes videos, fans of the TRANSFORMERS series have found a lot to love. 

Earlier today, Bay released another Transformer reveal via his Twitter account. As with Crosshairs and Drift before him, fans will notice that Bay’s reveal isn’t a completely new character, but rather a return of a fan favorite from TRANSFORMERS: AGE OF EXTINCTION.

As you can see in the photo above, Hound returns with an ironic twist: he’ll be serving as the team medic this time around. This, I’m sure will be played for all sorts of laughs, seeing as he “always has his finger on the trigger.” We’ll see in THE LAST KNIGHT just how long he’ll be able to maintain this role and be a competent stand-in for Ratchet, given Ratchet’s untimely demise in AGE OF EXTINCTION.
