KINGSMAN: THE SECRET SERVICE was quite the surprise when it came out last year. A film that almost looked like a terrible YA adaptation in its trailers certainly held its own with viewers, giving it a long tail in theaters and a great deal of fan acclaim.
While the cast for the first film was no pushover, director Matthew Vaughn really seems to be pulling out all the stops for the second film in the franchise, KINGSMAN: THE GOLDEN CIRCLE. Big newcomers to the franchise currently include Channing Tatum, Halle Berry, Elton John, and Julianne Moore, and now helping to round out that already-stellar cast is the Dude himself, Jeff Bridges.
The actor took to Twitter to announce his involvement with a fun quote on it. Check out the post below!

As you can see, the poster shows what looks like to be a quote from the film:
“The only Golden Circle I want vexing me is the one my glass leaves behind on the table.”
One can assume Bridges’ character is the one who says that statement, but it’s hard to say at this point in the game, as plot details for the film are hard to come by. This does bring into question…what is the Golden Circle? One can assume it’s the villain organization of the movie, but is it really? The quote above seems very much like a statement from the villain of a story, so my gut almost tells me the Golden Circle may very well be an altruistic society, and if so, does that make Jeff Bridges the villain?
