Justice League: New Promo Images Show Superman With The Rest Of The Team

Spoiler alert: Superman dies at the end of Batman v Superman.

That being said, there probably aren’t very many folks out there who genuinely believed this would be the last we saw of him. First off, he’s a key member of the Justice League — a team we had yet to see in its entirety on the big screen. Plus, this is a comic book movie. In the comics, characters die pretty damn frequently, only to come back in some sort of alternate form. It was pretty much a given that Justice League would see the formation of the iconic team, and the resurrection of the Man of Steel himself.

Warner Bros. never really made much of an effort to hide that fact either. And why would they? Again, this is a core member of the Justice League, and there’s no way they’d take a marketing hit just to play up some surprise return we already know is coming. As such, this latest product range from Golden Link Europe is no surprise. Yes, Superman may be dead for now, but he’s not going to be sitting out this film. Not by a long shot.

Check out the concessions product line below, and witness Superman and everyone else striking some epic and silly poses.

Also noticeably absent is the teased black suit of Superman. Hm…

The official synopsis for Justice League is below:

“Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.”

What do you think of this? Do you wish that Warner Bros. would have the guts to sideline their character from the marketing, or do you appreciate the fact that they aren’t pretending we’re a bunch of idiots who don’t know what’s coming? Let us know your thoughts down below!

Justice League hits theaters on November 17, 2017.
