I think we can all agree that Justice League wasn’t exactly the ideal culmination of several films. It was no Avengers, and in spite of Warner Bros.’ best efforts to correct the film’s direction over the course of production, what resulted was a critical and box office dud the likes of which had not been seen in the DC Extended Universe up until that point.
Of course, Zack Snyder fans rightfully point to the idea that Warner Bros. clearly had a hand in transforming the film into a bastardization of its original intent, and since then, they’ve been working hard to get the studio to release the Snyder cut of the movie.

For years now they’ve been pushing this agenda, and now, they’ve taken it to the next level. ComicBook.com’s Brandon Davis was in Times Square a few days back, where he saw not one but two giant billboards pushing for, you guessed it, the Snyder Cut.

One sign says “3 1/2 hour until story of Justice League” with the silhouette of a flying Superman, while the other is a more traditional image featuring the Justice League silhouettes and the ever-present line “Release the Snyder Cut.”
While I do love the fan passion, I have to say, all of this seems to be going exactly nowhere. That being said, if Warner Bros. does eventually cave, I’d be one of the first ones in line to see it.
