Kingsman 2: New TV Spots Show Off The Statesman!

Kingsman: The Golden Circle is a film that’s set to hit in just over a month, 20th Century Fox seems to be going all out in their marketing, releasing TV spot after TV spot for audiences to indulge in. The few we have for you here mostly focus on the Kingsman and the relationship with the cousin organization in the U.S. — The Statesman. Following the destruction of the Kingsman headquarters, the film will have Eggsy headed to the United States, where he’ll meet the spies of Statesman, played by Channing Tatum, Pedro Pascal, and Jeff Bridges.

Kingsman: The Secret Service hit theaters a couple years back, and while it sported the directing styles of Matthew Vaughn (who’s well known for pretty much reinvigorating the X-Men franchise), there wasn’t a lot of expectation going into it. However, those who did actually venture out into the theater were surprised by how crazy fun, violent, and over-the-top the whole thing was — it even managed to make actor Colin Firth look like a bona fide badass.

Should the sequel even manage to be three-quarters as good as the first one, audiences will be in for a real treat.

The official synopsis for Kingsman: The Golden Circle is below:

“With their headquarters destroyed and the world held hostage, members of Kingsman find new allies when they discover a spy organization in the United States known as Statesman. In an adventure that tests their strength and wits, the elite secret agents from both sides of the pond band together to battle a ruthless enemy and save the day, something that’s becoming a bit of a habit for Eggsy.”
