L.A. Times Describes Key Scene In 'CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR'

– by LRM

The Los Angeles Times recently had the opportunity to attend Disney shareholder meeting where they showed off their upcoming movies. Included in the clips shown was a sequence we haven't yet seen from Marvel's CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR. The scene offers a hint as to how the plot plays out, and how the characters interact with one another as tensions mount.

Beware, this is all a *SPOILER* for the film. Only read on if you don't mind knowing how things unfold:

The clip started off with a car chase featuring a motorcycle and a black Audi SUV. The chase involved Captain America, Black Panther, Bucky Barnes, and Falcon. They pursued each other through a tunnel, which became engulfed in explosions generated by the skirmish.
Eventually, the characters emerged from the tunnel, only to be met by War Machine. It appeared as though he was on the scene to detain Captain America.
"Stand down now," War Machine angrily told the captain. "Congratulations, Cap, you’re a criminal.”
Black Panther then intervened, baring his metal claws and ripping off his mask to reveal his identity.

So this reveals a couple of things. Captain America (Chris Evans) will indeed be looked upon as a criminal at some point during the film, and Black Panther's allegiances may not be as clean cut as we've been led to believe.
