Michael Dougherty’s two films will get the graphic novel treatment from Legendary Comics.

Based on 2007’s slasher film “Trick ‘r Treat,” Legendary presents a four new terrifying tales from that Halloween universe.  And Sam is truly back to bring the horror from screen to page.

The stories are by Dougherty, Zach Shields and Todd Casey. It’s written by Mark Andreyko. The artists include Fiona Staples, Zid, Stuart Sayger and Stephen Byrne.

This graphic novel will retail for $16.99 and to be released in October later this year.

As for “Krampus,” the graphic novel will be released the month before its actual film release in December that stars Adam Scott, Toni Collette and Allison Tolman.

The official graphic novel presents the mayhem from an ancient Christmas demon Krampus and his minions seeking punishment for those on the naughty list during Xmas.

The stories are by Dougherty, Zach Shields and Todd Casey. It’s written by Brandon Seifert. The artists include Michael Montenat, Stuart Sayger, Maan House and Christian DiBari.

This graphic novel will retail for $14.99 and to be released in October later this year.
