Big Apple Comic Con just posted the announcement on Instagram that Stan Lee will not be attending the convention this weekend to due health concerns.  Fans who purchased autograph, photo ops, or a swag bag in advanced will be able to get a refund.  Big Apple Comic Con is not offering refunds for admission tickets which is standard procedure for conventions.  While the extent of Stan Lee’s medical concern has not been announced there hasn’t been any updates on his own personal social media accounts.  Lets hope that it is not any major for Stan The Man.

Stan has been a staple for the convention scene over the past 30 years taking time to meet with all of his fans.  He is a true gentleman and patron to the comic world.  Hopefully this is nothing serious and we will see Stan out in the convention scene soon.
