This morning, the internet was set ablaze when audiences woke up to the fresh smell of an Avengers: Infinity War trailer. Countless folks spent their mornings with a warm cup of coffee in hand, and the dark, ominous look into the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
We here at LRM enjoyed the trailer for what it accomplished. It effectively set up the stakes for the film to come, and did so with gusto (you can check out our full breakdown of things we liked about the trailer HERE). But what did the folks across the internet have to say about the trailer?
Well, it may or may not surprise you that an overwhelming majority of responses we saw were off-the-charts positive about it.

Some folks weren’t quite sure what to make of Thanos’ appearance. After all this time, fans are still figuring out whether or not he looks awesome or lame.
just saw the #InfinityWarTrailer. Anyone else think Thanos now looks like the thumb from Spy Kids?

Thanos looks way more human in Infinity War, but it's kinda growing on me to be honest. I think in a way that makes him far more menacing. pic.twitter.com/UIUbw63psw

Some fans were sitting at their keyboards wondering why poor Hawkeye wasn’t present in this trailer.
Wait…I just realized something. Where the hell is Clint?? #InfinityWarTrailer

Needless to say, much of the internet is hyped about the things to come. Admittedly, I tried to scour Twitter for negative comments, but I was unable to find any. Now, obviously, there are negative comments out there (we had a couple in our comments section for the trailer), but the fact that it takes more time than it’s worse to hunt them down does a lot to illustrate how excited most folks are for this movie.
