With everyone speculating the next Marvel movie to either “Black Panther” or “Guardians of the Galaxy,” director Edgar Wright directed a test reel for Marvel’s “Ant-Man.”

“Ant-Man” hasn’t officially been approved yet, but Wright wants it to be as one of his future projects.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, he spent a week this month shooting some footage for a real to “test out the potential look and tone of his movie.” And to figure out Ant-man’s powers look on screen.

“Ant-Man” is a Marvel hero based on a scientist named Hank Pym, who can alter his size and controls ants with his helmet.

The project was originally announced in the last decade along with “Iron Man” and “The Incredible Hulk.” However, it was put to the side for a while and many thought the hero may be part of “The Avengers.” And that never happened.

So if the studio executives like the test reel, an “Ant-Man” movie is a good possibility and hopefully it will be made before “The Avengers 2.”
