Did anyone not see this coming?

After a dazzling display by Ubisoft’s upcoming video games at last week’s E3, the video game company apparently has another card up its sleeves.

Ubisoft is possibly working on a “The Expendables 2” video game tie-in with the upcoming movie that stars Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Bruce Willis and Jean-Claude Van Damme.

The official word wasn’t from Ubisoft, but from an Australian Classification web site that reviews and rates video games. Specific details on the video game itself and the choice of platforms haven’t been revealed yet.

A few things are certain: expect it to be a shooter video game with strong violence.

“The Expendables 2” movie will be in theaters on August 17.
