Last year, Nintendo released the Pokémon Red and Blue remake Pokémon: Let’s Go Pikachu and Eevee, and as fun as that was for many gamers, it wasn’t really what we wanted. What we wanted, more than anything, was the next entry in the mainline franchise that would push it forward in an all-new direction. A couple of months back, the Big N released a Pokémon Direct, and while it was all kinds of informative, we all wanted more.

Well, I hope you’re enjoying your Memorial Day, because tomorrow, you have an appointment to make early in the morning. Nintendo took to their official Pokémon Twitter account to announce that tomorrow, at 6pm PT, there will be an official press conference for the upcoming Pokémon Sword and Shield games.

Sadly, there is no word on what other information this press conference will entail. Sure, there will be plenty of press asking questions, but will it be couple with new reveals, or are the press expected to drive the narrative completely? Well, luckily we have less than 24 hours until we find out.
