A Quiet Place 2 Wrapping Up In September

Are you an A Quiet Place fan?  More than likely you are.  With a budget of $17-21 million and bringing in over $300 million worldwide, add on the positive fan and critic feedback, we figured we would be destined for a sequel.  John Krasinki’s follow-up has been progressing nicely and appears to be wrapping up this coming fall, September 6 to be exact.

Not much is known about the sequel, such as a title, but Kransinki may have teased fans on Twitter, but we do know some casting details — that all the survivors of the first one, including Emily Blunt, will be returning. What isn’t known, however, is whether or not her role will be a cameo, supporting, or lead..we’ll have to wait and see.

What a power couple.  Krasinski and Blunt did an amazing job in the film and I hope that she has a decent sized roll in the sequel.  Other notable individuals could possibly be joining the cast as well including Bryan Tyree Henry (Child’s Play, Joker) and Cillian Murphy (Inception, Peaky Blinders).  If these individuals sign on and join the likes of Krasinski and Blunt, I would say we are in for quite the treat.
