It is almost time for the holidays to bring us into the slowest part of the year, and you may have a seasonal job and know this or perhaps your work leads you into a busy time.  Either way, while we get in gear for the Oscars and the holiday ham, we tend to lose site of one of the most important things in our life. Movies!

Fresh off the heels of getting both a Blade Runner 2049 trailer and a War Of The Planet Of The Apes one too, we may also be getting final mega-blockbuster trailer of the year as the sequel to Prometheus, Alien: Covenant, has been rated.

No this does not mean that the MPAA his given a rating, and we assume its an R rating, but it basically means the trailer has had all its boring metadata stuff entered in, and we should expect it very soon. Per Trailer Track, the upcoming trailer is set to be around 2 minutes and three seconds long.

Keep checking in as we will post it as soon as its up.

The movie has Michael Fassbender (Oscar nominated actor who also plays Magneto in the current run of X-Men films) and Noomi Rapace (from the original Girl With The Dragoon Tattoo). We also get the multi-talented actor Danny McBride (check him out in Vice Principles) and the movie will feature Katherine Waterstone (Tina in Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them and also Boardwalk Empire). There is also a rumor that a certain James Franco will be joining the cast.

The Alien franchise is epic and we think this movie will connect the original series to the current work, and while during the last movie there was a huge relation, we wanted to see just where a certain two characters ended up.

In addition, there are quite a few new juicy photos out like the one featured below (via the official Alien Twitter account)!

Also make sure you check Kellvin Chavez’s recent article for another YUMMY pic.

Are you guys prepared for both the trailer and the movie? Do these new photos excite you? Want to know the result of Prometheus and then see a connection to the original franchise? This trailer dropping soon will be juicy and I want to hear from you about it! Let us know!

Alien: Covenant hits theaters on May 19, 2017.
