Avengers: Endgame Could Break $300M In Its Opening Weekend!

Avengers: Endgame could very well be the highest grossing movie of all time. No joke. If there was a film that stood a chance of breaking records set by James Cameron’s Titanic and Avatar, it’s Avengers: Endgame. Apparently, in order to beat one of those movies, all you need to do is create a thriving universe of movies and have them all culminate in their 22nd entry with a mammoth, universe-breaking plot. You also need to make sure each of these movies are pretty well respected in their own right. No biggie.

But how much does Avengers: Endgame look to be making? Well, before we can look at that, we have to take a look at its opening weened. When last we heard, it was set to make around $200 to $250 million in North America. Those numbers are pretty solid, but more recent projections push it even higher than those already-enviable figures.

According to Deadline, an unprecedented $300 million opening weekend is a possibility, with more conservative figures ranging from $260 million and $270 million. Though, all their projections have it beating Avengers: Infinity War‘s record-breaking $257.6 million opening. In short, it’s looking to make some serious bank.

And if you’re looking for more solid figures, sources are telling the outlet that the advance domestic ticket sales are already estimated to range between $120 million and $140 million. They note these figures are not from Disney, but regardless, they are pretty solid nonetheless. Pretty much, it seems practically impossible for this movie not blow at least a few records out of the water.
