Like many of you, I grew up watching the game show Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego, played some board games, as well as some old-school PC ones, and even watched the old animated series. It was always plenty of fun, but you’d never expect it to spawn an honest-to-goodness spy series, right? 

Color me surprised when I watched the first season, and while there were some goofy “let’s learn about the country” moments as well as some cheesy one-liners, I was impressed with how seriously it took its own story and mythology, and was ready to take on a second season.

Netflix dropped a new trailer for said season, and it looks like it delivers more of the goods!

From the looks of it, Carmen and co. are still taking on the evil organization V.I.L.E., though she now has Shadow-san on her side following the events of that first season (spoiler alert?).

If you have yet to check out the first season, I highly recommend it.
