Insidious 3 is going to be scaring its way into theaters on June 5, but fans of the series can get a taste of the film’s thrills and scares in this brand spanking new trailer.

Coming from one of the premiere, contemporary horror maestros James Wan in 2011, the first Insidious made $97 million on a budget of only $1.5 million while also securing above-average reviews. The 2013 sequel did even better business, while the reviews took a definite dip. This time the film will be under the direction of Wan’s longtime collaborator (since Wan had to focus on Furious 7) Leigh Whannell.
