Revenge is a dish best served cold.

From the writer/director Gregory Fitzsimmons, Eliza Sherman’s Revenge is a supernatural revenge comedy about a woman hellbent in exacting revenge on an old nemesis with her newfound powers.

The films stars Jackie Geary (13 Reasons Why), Kristen Miller (Team America World Police), Kiva Jump (Mad Men), Mageina Tovah (Spider-Man 2), Larry Bates (Big Little Lies), Jamison Haase (American Crime Story) and Mike Rock (Chelsea Lately).

Here’s the full synopsis:

Ten years ago, Eliza Sherman was humiliated by people she thought were her friends. Now, after an unorthodox encounter, she finds herself newly endowed with special powers. She decides to lure her old nemeses to a house in the Hollywood Hills under the guise of a birthday part for ‘80s heartthrob Richard Grieco. By spiking the salsa, she brings about a drug induced slumber party — trapping everyone in the house with a good, old-fashion force field. Battle lines are drawn, and relationships are put to the test. Eliza’s plans to punish her house guests repeatedly go awry as her powers prove to be no match for fate. She must conquer her ego and stop screwing up the space-time continuum if she wants to find peace, and ultimately win the heart of her one true love. It’s twenty-four hours of mayhem, marijuana, Mexican food and (almost) murder in this pitch-black, supernatural revenge comedy. Forgiveness is overrated.

This indie comedy is making its premiere tomorrow at the Dances with Films Festival in Hollywood, Calif. It will be shown on June 3 at 9:30 p.m. at the TCL Chinese Theaters. For tickets, click here for more information.
