The sordid tale of the battle for the Iron Throne will soon come to an end. Fans have survived the twists and turns in Game of Thrones so far, and have expectations for an epic conclusion. Kit Harington, who plays fan favorite Jon Snow, spoke with Entertainment Weekly and revealed which page of the Season 8 script made him cry, for the second time during the production of Season 8.
“The second time was the very end,” Harington told the outlet in an extensive piece that profiled the history and future of the series. “Every season, you read at the end of the last script ‘End of Season 1,’ or ‘End of Season 2. This read ‘End of Game of Thrones.’”

While the ending is sure to be bittersweet for us fans, often times we don’t realize how close the actors on the set have become with each other, and how they operate much like a family. The cast and crew have worked together for eight years and now that part of their lives concluding.
While it’s difficult to predict exactly which characters will meet their end during the final season, it’s safe to say many of our most beloved will die during the final season, I mean, after all, it is Game of Thrones, and a happy ending just isn’t in the cards.
