Giancarlo Esposito Discusses His Character In The Upcoming Live-Action Star Wars Series The Mandalorian

The Mandalorian looks good, doesn’t it? I think so anyway, and I also have a lot of faith that Jon Favreau will bring us fans a worthy installment into a galaxy far, far away. As most of you know the fantastic Pedro Pascal will lead the way as in the titular role of the series

Veteran actor Giancarlo Esposito is also part of the show, but which side of good and bad will his character fall on? Espositio recently spoke with /Film and implied that a little from Column A and a little from Column B is likely, you can check out what he had to say below.

“In a way, you might call him an underworld character. You may also look at him as a savior, as someone who might bring back some order to the world after it’s all collapsed.”

The vibe I get from the show so far, and I think it’s mentioned by those involved, is a sort of space western, a gunslinging, or rather blasterslinging adventure that will likely show us scum and villainy the likes of which we have never seen.
