Glass Gets Some Sweet-Ass Banners That Show Off Our Hero And Villains

I’ll never forget the first time I saw the film Unbreakable. I didn’t see it in theaters and instead experienced it in the comforts of my own home several months after its release, and while it was a slow burn of a film, in true M. Night Shyamalan form, that ending twist blew me away. No, Elijah wasn’t some cool dude who was fixating on the idea of heroes — he was some psychopath who committed mass murder in attempts to flush out a true hero. And flush out he did, in the form of Bruce Willis’ David Dunn.

In that very ending, Elijah compared his own life to the lives inside the comic book pages he grew up loving so much. I remember how much I enjoyed him talking about the heroes and villains even being friends in the comic books — it was a line that really resonated with me and sent chills down my spine. That was how it was, wasn’t it? While the film’s marketing hadn’t advertised this as a comic book-type movie, it really was.

Over 15 years have passed since then, and it’s now able to indulge in that identity with these new Glass character posters showing off the heroes and villains of the story. Of course, joining David and Elijah, we also have Crumb, who takes on the form of the Beast in one of his identities.

Below is the official synopsis for Glass:

Following the conclusion of Split, Glass finds Dunn pursuing Crumb’s superhuman figure of The Beast in a series of escalating encounters, while the shadowy presence of Price emerges as an orchestrator who holds secrets critical to both men. This riveting culmination of his worldwide blockbusters will be produced by Shyamalan and Jason Blum.

Glass will see the return of Bruce Willis (David Dunn), Samuel L. Jackson (Elijah Price), Spencer Treat Clark (Joseph Dunn) and Charlayne Woodard (Mrs. Price) from Unbreakable and James McAvoy (Kevin Wendell Crumb) and Anya Taylor-Joy (Casey Cooke) from Split, while Sarah Paulson (American Horror Story) also stars.
