Guillermo Del Toro-Produced Antlers Gets Horrifying Red Band Trailer

Filmmaker Guillermo del Toro has always had an eye for the horrific. The filmmaker awfully has his roots in horror cinema, and in the past, he’s uncovered talent such as J.A. Bayona, who has since gone on to tackle big-budget Hollywood movies. So, there is plenty good to attaching your name to something smaller.

This continues with the horror film Antlers, which comes from filmmaker Scott Cooper. Sure, he’s not exactly an unknown, with the film Black Mass behind him, but del Toro’s name does add a dash of credibility to the whole thing in terms of the genre. Anyway, check out the red band trailer.

Below is the official synopsis for Antlers:

“A small-town Oregon teacher (Keri Russell) and her brother (Jesse Plemons), the local sheriff, discover that a young student (Jeremy T. Thomas) is harboring a dangerous secret with frightening consequences.”
