Mad Max Sequels? George Miller Says Yes!

I remember watching the Mel Gibson’s Mad Max films with my dad in the 80’s and 90’s (yes, I know they came out in 1979 and into the 80’s, but I wasn’t old enough to watch them yet. Good parenting, dad). Flash forward to 2015, and Mad Max: Fury Road came out, which wasn’t a bad installment.  I’ll be honest, and I’m a huge Tom Hardy fan, and I will watch whatever he is in, and apparently he could be donning the Mad Max roll moving forward.

George Miller and the WB may finally be moving forward with said sequels. ComingSoon.Net discussed the dispute between Miller and the WB when they reported:

“We’re still solving, we’ve got to play out the Warners thing, it seems to be pretty clear that it’s going to happen. The chaos has stabilized and it’s become extremely positive as the dust seems to have settled after [the AT&T merger].”

So, according to ComingSoon.Net not only could this lead to two sequels to Hardy’s Mad Max: Fury Road, but also a prequel that would focus on Charlize Theron’s Imperator Furiosa and her story prior to Mad Max: Fury Road.  Would you be interested in Mad Max sequel or a Furiosa prequel?  Leave your thoughts in the usual spot, and thanks for reading!
