LRM Conversations: Marshal Hilton on Primal Rage and More! (Exclusive)

Bigfoot returns.

In a one-night only event at theaters across America tonight, Primal Rage is a horror thriller that is like a cross between Predator and Alien as a sasquatch hunts down its victims in the Pacific Northwest.

The film stars Casey Gagliardi, Andrew Joseph Montgomery, Eloy Casados, Justin Rain and Marshal Hilton as B.D. The film marks the directorial debut of special effects wiz Patrick Magee. He worked on special effects for Spider-Man, AVP: Alien vs. Predator, Jurassic Park III and Men in Black 3.

Here’s the synopsis of the film:

Lost deep in the forest of the Pacific Northwest, Ashley and Max Carr are stalked by a terrifying creature that might be Bigfoot. Soon they find themselves embroiled in a strange land of Native American myth and legend turned real. Hopelessly trying to survive, with a handful of unsavory locals, they must fight back against this monster in a desperate battle of life and death.

The one-night only event is scheduled for tonight by Fathom Events and Blue Fox Entertainment. There will be an exclusive Q&A and behind the scenes look with Magee and its producer Angela Lee. Attendees will receive a commemorative mini-poster while supplies last. Primal Rage will be available on home video at a later date.

LRM sat down with actor Marshal Hilton in a sunny afternoon in Hollywood. Over coffee, we talked extensively about Primal Rage over his role, Patrick Magee’s style, and seeing the costume animatronic Sasquatch. We also talked about his career that included Saban Entertainment’s 90s television hit Beetleborgs Metallix and the Bunnyman horror franchise.
