Marvel Releases Stan Lee Tribute Video

Without a doubt, Stan Lee was a visionary and his vision directly impacted the lives of millions and millions of people worldwide. Be it in comic form, manga form, TV form, or film form, the tales told about his countless creations left an incalculable impact on our world. The world was certainly a brighter place with him in it, and we’re very sad to see him go.

But, as implied above, just because he’s done does not mean his impact is gone. His characters will likely go on in the pop culture-sphere for decades, and those affected by his work will continue to go on creating. Marvel Entertainment wasted no time in throwing together a video celebrating such a legacy, which you can check out above.

The video starts out with a video of the creator from 50 years ago before going into a montage of images and videos of Lee. From there, we hear some words of praise and comments from Joe Quesada, chief creative officer of Marvel, who says Lee’s work saved his life. We then see many big execs discuss the man’s legacy and the traits he brought to the business, including his almost P.T. Barnum-esque approach to telling his stories.
