What’s next? FOR THE LOVE OF GOD TELL US!!! Okay, I had to get that out of my system. It has been a long, long time since we heard any new movie news from Kevin Feige and the crew over at Marvel Studios. If I am not mistaken only Spider-Man: Far From Home has been announced since the big Phase 3 reveal years ago. Of course there were some changes to that original announcement, we lost Inhumans to Marvel TV for example, but overall nothing major has been announced. So when will we get some news to satiate our hunger? Feige recently had this to say to ComicBook.com:
“As we’ve been doing for years, we aren’t going to announce anything post Avengers: Endgame or Spider-Man [Far From Home] until post Endgame and Spider-Man. As you know as a fan, there’s a tremendous amount of potential and a tremendous amount of additional characters and storylines and groups of characters that we’re going to keep playing with. And again, that’s a testament to Marvel and to the amount of storylines and characters and amazing, amazing runs that have been in the Marvel comics.”
So… this year, right? I think it’s safe to say that Marvel is also waiting on the fog to clear on Disney’s acquisition of Fox. Of course there may be some hints as to what comes next in the three movies coming out this year. No matter when the news hits, you can bet you’ll find it here!
