Gotham’s Season 2 finale left with HugoStrange’s experiments roaming the city, and with Jim Gordon washing his hands of the Gotham City Police Department. Given that this upcoming season is set to pick up on those loose threads, it’s quite fitting that it’s being smacked with the subtitle “Mad City.â€
Fox has now released two new promos for the upcoming season, with each following two very different threads.
The first follows James Gordon, no longer the bright-eyed and bushy-tailed detective we knew him as when the series started. He’s off the force, and breaking bones in the street as a bounty hunter.
The next follows Penguin taking this opportunity to try and build a legacy that his “parents would be proud of.â€
