New Image From Gotham Reveals The Ventriloquist & Scarface

The final season of FOX’s Gotham has surprised many people. What would have seems like a hot mess just throwing a ton of characters and Easter eggs together has turned into quite an entertaining season. One pair of villains that had been originally cut from the fifth season of Gotham was the Ventriloquist and Scarface. But thanks to FOX giving extra episodes to the series it looks like they are set to once again appear on the series.

Gotham‘s version of the Ventriloquist will be played by Andrew Sellon. If the name sounds familiar that is because he played Penguin’s assistant named Mr. Penn. One small issue is that he died in episode three of this season, although if I think about it, that has never been an issue for characters on Gotham. But one way or another he will be making his return with Scarface in episodes eight and nine. Via Reddit we have a look at what the dummy looks like, which is the dummy is up for debate. Check it out in the link below!

The Ventriloquist & Scarface

In comics, the Ventriloquist’s real name is Arnold Wesker, who is known as a quiet meek man. Despite that Wesker is a crime lord that dictates orders through his wooden dummy with a 1920’s persona named Scarface. He first debuted in comics on February 1st, 1988 in DC’s Detective Comics #583 and was created by Alan Grant, John Wagner and Norm Breyfogle.

It will be cool to see this duo on Gotham. Being that he is featured on two episodes, what role will he play? This week’s episode of Gotham is titled Ace Chemicals, you can check out the synopsis below!

Gordon races to uncover the criminal element threatening to end talks of Gotham’s reunification with the mainland. A very much alive Jeremiah (guest star Cameron Monaghan) returns and organizes a twisted recreation of the murder of Bruce’s parents with the help of Jervis Tetch aka Mad Hatter (guest star Benedict Samuel).
