New Jurassic World Raptor Toy From Mattel Lets You Have Your Very Own Blue

No matter your opinion on the Jurassic World films, how can you not love the raptor known as Blue? Well, depending on how much you love her, you can now own your very on Blue. As you can see in the video above, this is a cool little toy from Mattel, but comes in with a hefty price tag at $250. The instructions look very extensive from the video and the raptor comes with four levels of training and several different modes including, Neutral, Hostile, and Friendly. This toy would probably take a very long time to master the controls and to fully use the product.

While the price tag is a bit out of my range, it does seem to be appropriately priced for the product you’re getting. This is also the only way any of us will have a pet raptor, at least until scientists find some usable dinosaur DNA and take the science of the Jurassic films and apply it to real life.

However, it is nice to see physical toys are still being produced in this heavily digital age. While this Raptor toy allows the user to do much more, it does remind me in many ways of the old R2-D2 unit you could buy that would do a number of tasks including an alarm, go on patrol, and react to the names of different Star Wars characters.

Would you buy this toy Raptor? Let us know in the comments down below!
