A week from now Star Wars fans will set aside two hours to watch the first episode of The Mandalorian (yes two hours because you know you have to watch it twice). I will be one of those fans as so far the footage has implied we’re all about to have a rootin’ tootin’ good time watching Pedro Pascal as a galactic gunslinger.

Today comes another Deepfake video of fake George Lucas reacting to the latest trailer for The Mandalorian. You can check out George Flucas’ reaction to the “bastardization of his great work” below.

Some more good quips in this video. A few standouts for me include referring to himself as “daddy,” taking a jab at Swingers, and leaving surprises behind set pieces. The real George Lucas did provide a small bit of work on the series, providing Jon Favreau with some Yoda mythology. Oh, and speaking of the real George Lucas, would it be possible to get the real George Lucas to react to his DeepFake counterpart reacting to these Star Wars trailers?

This is a pretty good bit, though I wonder if they will be few and far between and stick with Star Wars content, or have Fake George react to other franchises?
