For fans of Netflix’s supernatural horror television series, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina that is based on the Archie comic book series by the same name, today finally got word on when they can once again dive into the dark world of Sabrina Spellman. At a panel during Argentina Comic Con at the Centro Costa Salguero in Buenos Aires, Argentina, it was revealed that Chilling Adventures of Sabrina Part 3 will be premiering on Netflix’s streaming service on January 24th, 2020. After the events of Part 2 we know that there must be serious consequences for the absence of the Dark Lord that Sabrina and hew friends and family are going to have to deal with. Here is a synopsis of Part 3 from the producers:
“Part Three finds Sabrina reeling from the harrowing events of Part Two. Though she defeated her father Lucifer, the Dark Lord remains trapped within the human prison of her beloved boyfriend, Nicholas Scratch. Sabrina can’t live with herself, knowing that Nick made the ultimate sacrifice and is suffering, burning in Hell under Madam Satan’s watchful eye. So with an assist from her mortal friends, “The Fright Club” (consisting of Harvey, Rosalind, and Theo), Sabrina makes it her mission to free him from eternal damnation and bring him back into her arms. However, the Dark Lord’s unseating has sent shockwaves through the realms—and, with no one on the throne, Sabrina must assume the title of “Queen” to defend it against a challenger, the handsome Prince of Hell Caliban. Meanwhile, in Greendale, a mysterious carnival rolls into town, bringing with it a threat to the Spellmans and the coven: A tribe of pagans looking to resurrect an ancient evil…”

The cast of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina is made up of Kiernan Shipka, Miranda Otto, Lucy Davis, Ross Lynch, Gavin Leatherwood, Chance Perdomo, Jaz Sinclair, Lachlan Watson, Michelle Gomez, Richard Coyle, Tati Gabrielle, Adeline Rudolph, Abigail Cowen and Lachlan Watson.

The script for the series is penned by Riverdale‘s showrunner and chief creative officer of Archie Comics Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa. He also serves as an executive producer along with Riverdale collaborators Greg Berlanti, Sarah Schechter, Archie Comics CEO Jon Goldwater and Lee Krieger. The drama comes from Warner Bros. Television-based Berlanti Productions.
