Superman & Lois Series In The Works At The CW

Gotta love the Arrowverse. In spite of the Arrow being the first of their shows to end, they aren’t slowing down. Most of their shows seem to continuing on business as usual, and there are a ton more that seem to be in the works, including a female-led Arrow spinoff. But don’t think The CW is ready to stop there. No, they may be ready to dip back into the world of Superman very soon.

As CW aficionados know, Superman has been present in the CW universe for a few years now, after being introduced in the second season of Supergirl. Since then, he’s popped in here and there, and in the upcoming “Crisis on Infinite Earths” crossover, we will get multiple versions of the Man of Steel.

Well, get ready for more. According to THR, a Superman & Lois series is in the works at the network, with Tyler Hoechlin and Elizabeth Tulloch set to reprise their roles as the titular duo. Of course, Greg Berlanti will exec produce alongside former The Flash showrunner, the latter of whom will also write the script.

From the sound of it, they are eyeing for this spinoff to make the 2020-2021 TV season, so it’ll all happen very soon.
