Even occasional viewers of the hit NBC series Friends were fully aware that the main characters would spend a bit of their free time grabbing some coffee at the Central Perk coffee house. Whether beginning, middle, or end of an episode, you could count on seeing Rachel, Monica, Phoebe, Ross, Chandler, and Joey visit their favorite spot for continued comedy hijinks and dramatic moments. Now, with 2019 marking the 25th anniversary of the pop culture icon, one coffee company has decided to celebrate in a special way.
As reported by Deadline, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf chain is teaming up with Warner Bros. Consumer Products to celebrate the quarter century since the premiere of Friends. As reported by Deadline:
To commemorate the TV milestone, the marketing teams have created special edition Central Perk Coffee and Central Perk Tea products, named after the show’s coffee shop. The Friends-inspired coffee products are now available for purchase online and will be available in retail stores starting on July 31 through the end of summer.

The drinks made available by the popular coffee company include: Central Perk Medium Roast, Central Perk Dark Roast, Central Perk Tea, and specialty beverages including The Joey (Mango Cold Brew Tea), The Monica (Midnight Mocha Cold Brew), The Rachel (Matcha Latte), The Ross (Classic Flat White), The Chandler (Caramel Coconut Latte), and The Phoebe (Cookies and Cream Ice Blended). Additionally, on August 4th, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf will offer a limited time Buy-One-Get-One-Free special in honor of National FRIENDship Day. For one week, guests that buy one Friends-themed beverage will receive one free Friends-themed drink to share with a friend.
