No, you’re not experiencing some mad déjà vu. Yes, “The Little Prince” has already had an international release.  However, this new trailer shows the lengths to which Paramount is going to ensure this film gets an American audience. From the looks of it, they’ve gone and reanimated the French film so that the lip flaps to fit to the English language!

The film isn’t a straight adaptation of the classic novel of the same name, but rather a film that uses the story within its narrative. The story of the movie itself follows a girl who’s pushed to grow up way too fast. In meeting her next door neighbor, a retired aviator, the girl learns to appreciate the unspoiled aspects of life.
