Watch Game Of Thrones Actor Watch The Red Wedding

Oh, the Red Wedding. When that thing dropped on Game of Thrones however many years ago it was, it took the world by storm. Audiences couldn’t believe they’d gone so far as to kill off these two important Stark characters over the course of a few minutes — and do it prior to the Season 3 finale. But, of course, the filmmakers went all-in on this.

In addition to all the blood and mayhem in the books, the show added the drama of killing Robb Stark’s pregnant wife (along with the unborn child), which really adds a whole lot of insult to everything. So yeah, the stakes were certainly high here, and it did not disappoint. It’s been years since this hit, so why not revisit it, eh?

British GQ recently forced actor Richard Madden, who plays Robb in the show, to sit down and rewatch the scene in all its bloody glory, and over the course of it, he goes into detail about how he was feeling on set, how certain things were accomplished, etc. It’s a fun little video. If you’re a fan of the show or books, you really won’t be getting anything new out of it, but it may light the fire within for you to go and check out the full episode of the show once you’re done.
