Another Member Of The Classic Team Will Be Back For ‘INDIANA JONES 5’!
Shortly after the sale of LucasFilm to Disney, several rumors began circulating that not only was STAR WARS coming back in a big way but that INDIANA JONES wouldn’t be far behind. Depending on who you asked, it was going to be a reboot starring someone like Chris Pratt as a younger Indy, a sequel where Harrison Ford passes the torch over to his son to keep up the good fight and make sure that everything ends up in a museum, or just an outright sequel with Ford front and center. Since then, the project has shaped up and more and more of it has come to light.
First there was the news that Steven Spielberg would be back. Then he confirmed that Ford would be his star. Now comes the news that the man behind all of the iconic music that the INDIANA JONES series is known for, Mr. John Williams himself, would be back for the fifth film.
Spielberg broke the story during a red carpet interview at the American Film Tribute last night. He made the revelation to Scott Mantz, who tweeted this out shortly after:

Williams has been said to be in semi-retirement for years now, but his old friends continue to lure him out of hiding. He scored STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS, and now he’ll be back for INDIANA JONES 5.
