Will Smith Targeted for ‘Bounty’

For $10 million, many will be on the hunt for this bounty.

Paramount Pictures purchased Sascha Penn’s spec script “Bounty” with the intentions of Will Smith to star for the film.

Smith would play a convicted murderer who escapes prison in order to prove his innocence, but only after the widow places a $10 million bounty for him dead or alive.

Smith’s Overbrook Entertainment will produce with Madhouse Entertainment’s Adam Kolbrenner.

Smith has a very busy schedule this year. He’s currently promoting the crime drama “Focus,” which is in theaters later this month. And “Suicide Squad” is expected to begin shooting soon.
