Canela.TV Launched Cine De Oro to Stream Free with Over 100 Classic Films from the Golden Age of Mexican Cinema

Lovers of the classic Mexican cinema rejoice!

Starting June 13, Canela. TV will be the exclusive home to over 100 films from the Golden Age of Mexican Cinema, a collection you won’t find anywhere else.

Some of the films include classic films like Pedro Infante’s Escuela de Vagabundos (1955), La Devoradora (1946), and Me He de Comer Esa Tuna (1945). Many of the iconic stars will be showcased, including María Félix, Jorge Negrete, La Indía María, Chabelo, and Tin Tan.

These films, part of the culturally significant ‘Cine de Oro’ collection, will be streamed for free starting June 13. This is a testament to Canela Media’s ongoing efforts to preserve the rich tapestry of Latino culture.

Some of the titles come from the Diana International Films library. Other notable films that will be available on Canela.TV to include 1950’s Por la Puerta Falsa starring Rita Macedo and Pedro Armendáriz, 1955’s Educando a Papá with Fernando Soler, 1971’s Departamento de Soltero starring Yolanda Varela, and 1971’s Le Criada Bien Criada with Chabelo.
