Men In Black: International Car Dealership Prank
Sony Pictures Men In Black: International opens in theaters this weekend, which means that the marketing team is hard at work so that everyone knows about it. Instead of the traditional posters, trailers and what not Sony decided to prank a few people. Partnering with a Lexus dealership in Thousand Oaks, they decided to find out what would happen if you found out your car salesman was an alien. Check out the video above!
We know by the previous Men In Black films that smaller aliens use humanoid robots to be able to move about without causing a panic within the main population. As we can see by the video, they did one heck of a job re-creating the salesman’s face and surprising people with a distressed alien. Of course like the classic Will Smith theme goes “what you think you saw you did not see”, Men In Black agents arrive to wipe the memory. Overall I thought it was done well.
Men In Black: International is being directed by F. Gary Gary, written by Art Marcum & Matt Holloway based on the Malibu Comic by Lowell Cunningham. On the film as executive producers are Steven Spielberg, Edward Cheng, Howard Chen, E. Bennett Walsh, Riyoko Tanaka, David Beaunaire and Barry Sonnenfeld. Produced by Walter F. Parkes and Laurie MacDonald.
It’s cast stars Chris Hemsworth, Tessa Thompson, Kumail Nanjiani, Rebecca Ferguson, Rafe Spall, Laurent Bourgeois, Larry Bourgeois, with Emma Thompson and Liam Neeson.
The Men in Black have always protected the Earth from the scum of the universe. In this new adventure, they tackle their biggest, most global threat to date: a mole in the Men in Black organization.
