Once Upon A Time In Hollywood Gets A 28-Minute Documentary
Oh, Sony, you smart bastards, you. With the Oscars coming up, they know exactly who they want to cater to. Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, Quentin Tarantino’s latest opus, may be several months past its theatrical release date, but they’ve been keeping it in the public eye the entire time. There have been Q&A screenings, featurettes, and now, a full, 28-minute doc on the making of the story.
Of course, like many other film fans, I’m eating this s**t up, and if I’m eating up it, I’m sure Academy members are doing the same. Hollywood loves movies about Hollywood, and this one fits the bill pretty darn well across the board.

Anyway, go ahead and check out the documentary below!
Admittedly, there isn’t a whole lot of new information. If you’ve been staying abreast of all the interviews with Tarantino following the release of the film, then you likely know most of the information. That being said, there’s plenty of fun to be had seeing Tarantino and the cast talk about this movie.
What I really want to see is a documentary that isn’t super self-congratulatory and delves more into the nitty-gritty of the creative process, but given that Sony is selling this to Academy members, I guess I can see why I’m not getting that.
