No one could say that the folks over at the CW don’t have ambition. Not only do they have half a dozen shows on the air, but they’ll be crossing them over in the crossover “Crisis on Infinite Earths.” Of course, the crossovers won’t end there, and with Batwoman joining the lineup, there was bound to be much more on the horizon.
Now, it sounds like we know who the first one to jump into Ruby Rose’s world. FandomWire is reporting that Melissa Benoist will be appearing in Batwoman at some point during the course of the first season. There is no word on how or when this will happen, but it will only further tie all these shows closer together.

More than anything, I’m interested to see just how long Batwoman will survive. Yes, the show has already had some backlash from fans, but even based on what our own Manny Gomez has seen of the show, there’s a concern that they’re trying to get her to play the hero far too quickly.
Though perhaps that’s where the strengths in these TV shows lies — in telling the day-to-day of a superhero, rather than the continued evolution into one. What do you think of Supergirl showing up in Batwoman? Let us know your thoughts down below!
