Look, Adria Arjona has done a really good job denying she’s Wonder Woman in the DCU, but this may be one interview too many for the star as she falters. If you follow along with LRM news then you know I’ve been covering this since day one and I am very much on the train of journalists who don’t believe she’s not Wonder Woman. There’s too many little clues for it to not add up and for me this latest interview from Arjona see’s her falter and crack.
Arjona spoke with Josh Horowitz on Happy Sad Confused and Josh pushed her in a fun, non-aggressive way on who she is playing in DCU’s Man of Tomorrow? I think the jokey approach is what cracked her really, and for sure she is struggling here to keep denying the obvious.

I talked about this just last Friday and said that normally I would be joining Arjona in pleading with James Gunn and Peter Safran to just free her from this torture. The game is as they say, up I think.
However, as I also said in that story linked above, I cannot deny this is bloody great free marketing for the film. It also means DC can trot Arjona back out for press once they do decide to make the announcement. Whenever that may be… who knows? I do not think Gunn and Safran will try to keep denying this right into the film like we got with Sadie Sink’s role at Marvel recently. It makes Man of Tomorrow more marketable to know WW is present in the film and DC Studios needs Man of Tomorrow to make a profit at the box office.
